GARC SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED (GSPL) has a bright history of three decades, The Promoters and Directors have a very vast and quality experience in the fields of Seed Research, Seed Production & Seed Marketing. GSPL came into existence in the year 2001 by taking over “MAHARAJA HYBRID SEEDS” a Nine year old Seed Producing Company which has a very strong Seed Producing base and “GANDHI AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTRE” (GARC) a 20 year old Seed Research Organization, having a very strong research base in most of the field crops.

GSPL has a very strong Research Team with a combination of Eminent & Experienced Senior Scientists with Energetic Budding Young Scientists, The Research Center is equipped with all the infrastructural Facilities like, a sprawling Research Farm and a very Advanced Seed Testing Laboratory with all latest equipment which helps in the increasing the velocity of the activities. Apart from our main research farm, the Company has many research and trail farms at various places of the country with different climatic conditions, to carry out various evolution trails including trails for resistance and suitability to various climates. Most of our research products have shown a thumping performance in various trials conducted by many Agricultural Universities across the length and breathe of the Country.

GSPL started its marketing activities in the year 2001 under the brand “GARC SEEDS” in couple of districts each in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. In the beginning the Company marketed research products in Hybrid Cotton & Hybrid Jowar. With the efforts of committed marketing staff with invaluable support from market leading dealers and distributors the Company could well establish itself in Nine major seed consuming states of the country with a product band of more than forty five Varieties and Hybrids.

GSPL is a research oriented seed organization which is working towards achieving its mission of “Making Average Indian Farmer reachable to Advanced & Scientifically developed high yielding Seeds by developing, producing and marketing of High Yielding Seed Products at a very reasonable and affordable cost”.

GSPL has a very large & Quality Oriented Production base with very well qualified field staff both at higher and lower level, to supervise and coordinate the production activities. In support to this the Company has all the Advanced & High-Tech Post Production facilities like Processing, Treating and Packing Machinery which will ensure a very high quality finished products along with timely delivery. “Quality “being the success mantra of GSPL, the Quality Control Department is very tough and accurate in its activities. An Advanced Seed Testing Lab along with a vast Grow out Test Farm will ensures very high quality standards in Germination Test & Grow out Test. Each and every Lot has to pass through quality tests in the post production processes. Standards are maintained as per Seed Act, 1966 and Seed Rules.

Now the Company has very high performing products in Hybrid Rice, Research Paddy, Research Wheat, Hybrid Corn, Hybrid Sunflower, Hybrid Bajra, Hybrid Jowar, Research Soybean, Research Red gram, Research Bengal gram, Research Black gram, Research Green gram, Research Mustard, Hybrid Bhendi, Hybrid Tomato, Hybrid Chilli, Hybrid Bottle gourd, Hybrid Biter gourd, Hybrid Ridge gourd, Watermelon, Muskmelon, Palak, Dhaniya, Carrot, Onion, Cabbage, Cauliflower.
